Commission Terms & Conditions

Hey there! Thanks for your interest in my work 💜 Before we start, here are some simple guidelines so we’re both on the same page:

✨ General

• Commissions are for personal use only (icons, wallpapers, prints for yourself, etc.).

• If you’d like to use the art for commercial purposes (like merch, logos, or branding), please let me know — there will be a separate rate.

• I may turn down a commission if it’s something I’m not comfortable drawing.

💰 Payment

• Payments are made through [PayPal/Venmo/etc.].

• A non-refundable deposit of 20% secures your slot unless otherwise specified.

• Final payment is due before I send the finished high-resolution file(s). 

🎨 Process & Revisions

• I’ll keep you updated with sketches and progress shots.

• Small tweaks are welcome during the sketch stage! Bigger changes later may cost extra.

• Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks, but if it takes longer (life, man, y'kno?) I'll keep you posted.

🖼️ Usage

• You can share your commission online (please credit me when you do 💕).

• You can print it for personal use.

• Please don’t resell, heavily edit, or claim you are the creator! 

• I keep the rights to my work and may share it in my portfolio or social media, unless you request otherwise.

❌ Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel before I start, I’ll refund the deposit.

• Once I start, the deposit is non-refundable.

• Once the artwork is finished, paid for, and delivered, no refunds.

  • If you want any changes to your piece after the piece has been delivered, a discounted rate may be applied! Just let me know!

• If for any reason I can’t complete your piece, I’ll refund you in full.

🤝 Respect

• Please be kind and respectful during the process — I’ll do the same!

• If communication becomes hostile or abusive, I’ll have to stop the commission with no refund.
